EVERYTHING KWAI CHI IN ONE PLACE!

SAN CHOI BAO

Heat up a hot wok with 1 teaspoon of peanut oil.
Add 400g of Aberdeen Angus minced beef and break it up into small bits using a sharp bladed spatula.

Then add:
1 finely chopped garlic
3 spring onions
1 teaspoon of sesame seeds
1 sliced sweet green pepper (halve lengthways then slice widthways)
A handful of beansprouts

Stir for about 5 minutes or until the beef is cooked through and then serve into large lettuce leaves (The rounder the leaf the better).
